One cool thing about the world moving everything online is that inclusive fitness classes are so much more available now, no matter where you live. Since quarantine started, I’ve been on the lookout for inclusive online fitness classes to recommend to my clients, so I thought I would share with you all too. Check out these resources!
I hate to start any sentence with something that sounds like “the silver lining of this global pandemic,” but one cool thing about the world moving everything online is that inclusive fitness classes are so much more available now, no matter where you live.
Fitness classes can be a blast, but they can also be intimidating. I know whenever I’ve gone to a new class, I feel like that one kid in every dance recital that’s totally off beat and staring at everyone around them to try and get the moves. For my clients who are in larger bodies, trans or non-binary, non-white, or have a disability, going to a new fitness class can be intimidating for SO many reasons beyond being afraid of looking awkward in front of strangers.
Since quarantine started, I’ve been on the lookout for inclusive online fitness classes to recommend to my clients, so I thought I would share with you all too. If you know of any others, please feel free to drop a link in the comments!
